What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Users can submit their WhatsApp group links to our site and those links are submitted on its categories. While submitting links some information are required such as submitter’s name, email, group name and group link. These data are saved on our data base. As long a submitted group link is available on the site the saved data regarding the link is kept as well. A submitted group can be removed from our site through submitting a removal form, after getting a proper removal request we will remove the group link and all the data regarding the group link from our data base.
All the submitted links can be removed from our site by the link submitter. To remove the group link, the submitter is supposed to request for a removal. To do so fill the removal form located in the header menu section. Some fields are required such as submitter’s name, email and group link, the name and email should be matched to the name and email when the user had submitted the link on our site.
When someone submits a group link on our site we collect the following data.
- Submitter name
- Submitter email address
- Group name
- Group link
All the above data is saved as long as the group link is available on our site, and removed when we get a removal request for the link.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Some fields in the contact form are required such as your name, email id, and your message. You have to fill your name, email id to submit a message to us. We ensure that we will not disclose your name, email id, website name and other information to public or rather we may use the information to contact you regarding your issue or support.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
